Do I need technical knowledge to use what you build?+
No. We build for non-technical agency owners and managers. Workflows run automatically, and where human approval is needed, we design simple interfaces — email buttons, Slack approvals — that require zero technical understanding.
What tools do you connect with?+
Whatever you currently use. We've built integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Google Workspace, Xero, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and many others. If it has an API, we can connect it.
What's the typical cost of an automation project?+
Scopes vary significantly based on complexity. A focused automation (e.g., automated reporting for one client) typically runs $800–$2,500. A full agency operations system (reporting + onboarding + lead follow-up) is typically $3,000–$8,000. We quote fixed-price wherever possible.
How long does a project take?+
Most single-workflow automations take 1–2 weeks from green-lit scope to delivery. Multi-system projects take 3–6 weeks. We're honest about timelines upfront and don't over-promise.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?+
Yes. After the 30-day included support window, we offer monthly retainers for ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and iteration. Many clients retain us to expand their automation stack over time.
What if an API changes and the automation breaks?+
It happens. During the included 30-day support window, we fix it at no charge. After that, it's covered under a maintenance retainer. We also build automations with error-handling and alerting so you know if something breaks before your client does.
Why not just use Zapier or Make?+
Zapier and Make are great for simple, linear tasks. They break when your workflow is non-standard, when you need custom data transforms, or when you hit their task/step limits. We write real code — Python scripts, n8n logic trees — that handles edge cases, runs on your own infrastructure if needed, and has no per-task fees. The result is more reliable and far more capable.
Do you work with agencies outside the US?+
Our primary focus is US-based agencies, but we work remotely and have no geographic restrictions. If you're a fit, we're happy to chat regardless of timezone.
